Rani and Orthrus in Abyssea Altepa do not have the correct drops. In particular Epona's ring from Rani and Atheling Mantle from Orthrus.

I know this because both NMs drop exactly the same items every kill.

I got that mantle from something in there, but which NM I don't remember, I was
checking for the ring (I killed everything so I came up with almost every drop from
that place lol). For some reason I don't think it was Orthrus that dropped it, but
some NM did.

Hmmm... well I do know that SE changed a lot of NPC IDs recently, so perhaps the mantle and ring has ended up on another NM or even a normal mob LOL!

I'll have to kill everything as you did then LMAO!

My bad. Atheling Mantle does drop from Orthrus but Epona's ring I still a mystery.

Yeah it is, I didn't even get the ring from any other monster there.
