cant use airship

in Windurst i boarded an airship bound for Jeuno all good but when i try to open the door at customs in Jeuno i get stuck and only if i hard out (ctrl+alt+del) can i get back to just before the door, i tried walking to Jeuno and couldn't board any airships there all got me stuck at the door, then i walked to Bastok and tried to use an airship there but same thing
please fix this bug
