why i no can cast spells tha "aga" (thundaga,blizzaga,firaga,stonega,aeroga) in lvl IV or V

why i no can cast spells tha "aga" (thundaga,blizzaga,firaga,stonega,aeroga) in lvl IV or V i am BLM 99 and spell unlock in menu the black magics but i no can cast spells ^^, help please

The client will not let you cast them it's not a core issue, scripts are in place. No known work around yet.
